At Fireplace & BBQ Design Center, we don’t mind saying that we have some of Florida’s finest masons on staff. We pride ourselves in our totally custom work designed by your architect, your designer, or just you working with our knowledgeable sales staff. Designing your fireplace or barbecue is a team effort. Please note that we don’t "sub-out" our masonry work to third parties. We hear customers' horror stories about sub-contractors who run off with deposits and are never seen again. That will never happen here. Our masons are answerable to us and we are answerable to you.
We have a special relationship with designers and luxury home builders who come to us with custom designs or looking for a design for their clients. However, we also work directly with the public.
Sometimes, in looking through our albums and catalogues, people are bewildered by the wide variety of different decorating ideas possible. Don't despair--our staff will help you narrow down your choice to a design you will love. Yes, 'love!" We're fortunate to be in a business where the finished product continually exceeds our customers' expectations.  Hand-Carved Natural Stone Mantels
We ship our hand-carved natural stone and marble mantels anywhere in the world. We have many mantel designs to choose from, or, you can bring us a photo or drawing and we can reproduce it in any of our natural stones, including:
- Light Coral, honed and filled
- Yellow Coral, honed and filled
- Green-tinged Coral
- Light Turkish Travertine, honed or polishe
- Gold Travertine, honed or polished
- Imported Marbles: Empress Green, Emperador Brown, Black, Rojo Alicante, Crema Marfil, White Ibiza, and many others
- We have an ultra-contemporary Absolute Black Granite mantel.
Each mantel is hand-crafted by a master stone carver. And, because each piece is individually made, we can work from any design to create your ideal mantel. We can take any design in any material and re-create it in natural marble or stone.
We can also combine different stones for a striking and luxurious effect. In addition to fireplace mantels, we offer medallions, borders, table bases, columns, facades, balustrades and fountains in any of our natural stones. These can also be completely customized.
